Site Analysis
whether for your own peace of mind or as a government
or legislative requirement is one of the most
important factors in the design of any new construction.
Whether you are looking at purchasing land for building or have obtained the land and are ready to start construction, contact us for peace of mind that
the land you have selected is ready for construction.
We will consult with the
local council or building authority to ensure
we understand the requirements and impacts of
construction on your property. We can conduct
environmental and site analysis to gain insight
into how construction should be managed and how
the local ecology will benefit from the construction.
When complete we present a Site Analysis Report
outlining all the health, construction and environmental
constraints for your selected property.
Site Analysis investigates the property you are working with and factors in:
- How the construction impacts on the environment and local ecology.
- Occupational Health and Safety requirements for the construction site.
- Engineering requirements.
- Council, legislative
or government requirements placed on the land
or surrounding areas, or
- Providing environmentally conscious and ecologically effective alternatives and ideas.
- a host of other factors
that may influence the design and construction
or approval process of your building or modification,
including
- Health
- Water and water usage
- Sewage and storm
water
- Dust and airborne contaminants
- Noise and noise restrictions
- Tress, tree removal and vegetation management
 | As an example: The tree lined street, which was one of the main entry points into Wagga Wagga had local Government stipulation that the trees were to remain in place (undamaged) before, during and after construction.
In addition, with the scale of construction
there were added restrictions on noise and
airborne contaminants being released during
the construction. |
 |
Eon Management Services effectively
maintained the trees in their original condition
and incorporated them into the new construction
with minimal impact on the outlook and visual
aesthetics of the final construction.
Eon Management Services not only keep the
existing trees but also added to the overall
look of the site through the addition of
new plants and gardens that complimented
the site and existing natural elements. |
 |
The trees incorporated into
the final design now compliment the new construction
and the clients stock and services. The design
and site analysis conducted allowed Eon Management
Services to maintain the natural aesthetics
with minimal impact on the client's customers
and the services the client provides. |
By covering all these elements in our Site Analysis plan (if required) we provide a futuristic view of the property and minimise the impact of council/government requirements on your design
and can cover off these requirements when submitting for building approval through our Site Analysis and Building plan.
